He founded CXC in Ireland and has successfully introduced Irish companies to the Russia market, as well as establishing businesses in the retail and catering sector directly in St Petersburg Russia over a period of 12 years. Michael is determined that SME's have access to outsourcing facilities to remain competitive and is very determined to make OSS a huge success.

| Fergal Lennon - Director
Fergal was educated in Cork and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He spent eight years in London in large multinational companies in the finance and property industries. Since returning to Cork Fergal has founded and successfully developed several businesses in the Finance and IT sectors.

joined CXC in 2004. She has a Bachelors of Commerce Degree and Higher Diploma in Education from UCC. Fiona has extensive experience as an Accountant in many retail interests, financial services, and professional accounting practices.
